Rainy Day Wedding at Elkridge Furnace Inn
When I arrived at Elkridge Furnace Inn, three little flower girls were waiting at the window. Luci met Adam for their first look on the tiny footbridge near the garden and he was spellbound. It was one of those quiet, misty mornings and time stood absolutely still.
Luciana and Adam had the most classically fairytale wedding- trailing white dress, lace veil, baby's breath and moss and lavender! When I arrived at Elkridge Furnace Inn, three little flower girls were waiting at the window. Luci met Adam for their first look on the tiny footbridge near the garden and he was spellbound. It was one of those quiet, misty mornings and time stood absolutely still.
Most brides I know dream of having their ceremony outdoors. Luci did too, but embraced the intimate twinkle-lit tent with total ease. The rain pitter pattered down on the ceiling as she walked down the aisle to a quiet violin melody. It picked up a little during their first kiss, and now I can't imagine a more romantic sort of weather for weddings.
Traditional Wedding in the Chase Court Ballroom
Marie and Will spent about a year planning their classic wedding and all that hard work really paid off. Despite traditions, they opted to have an intimate first look against the vine-covered brick exterior of Chase Court.
Marie and Will spent about a year planning their classic wedding and all that hard work really paid off. Despite traditions, they opted to have an intimate first look against the vine-covered brick exterior of Chase Court. I love that amid the hustle and bustle of a wedding day, first looks are a moment of being with your best friend when you're about to do what feels like the craziest thing ever. I mean, you're dressed to the nines, holding a ten-pound handful of flowers, and gearing up to profess your love in front of an audience. It's a little nerve wracking, especially if you're an introvert. Seeing your partner in crime before all that helps get the jitters out!
Spring Chase Court Garden Wedding with Irises
Lindsay and Sean were married outdoors in a romantic vine-covered courtyard in Mount Vernon, Baltimore. All of the flowers were sourced from her and her mom’s shared perennial garden.
Offbeat Wedding with Vintage Flair at The Elm
Lloyd and Tomko celebrated their wedding at The Elm, one of Baltimore’s hidden gems. She wore a 1950’s style handmade olive green dress and he wore a kilt and a bowtie. I love how they embraced their own personal style(s) instead of wearing traditional black and white!
Summer Jewish Wedding at Camp Moshava
Ari and Tal contacted me because they wanted unposed, journalistic style images of their wedding day. They’d actually already been married in Israel, so their attitude towards this celebration was very relaxed.
